Senior People Partner (HRBP)
About Qevlar AI
Qevlar is a B2B SaaS scale-up on a mission to boost the productivity of cybersecurity teams with Artificial Intelligence. We build an AI platform that transitions Security Operations Centers from reactive to proactive units through autonomous security alert investigations.
In just three years, we have:
Raised a total of $44m in series-A & seed rounds from EQT Ventures, Forgepoint Capital and Partech
Deployed our solution with major Enterprises such as Sodexo and GlobalConnect, and leading MSSPs like Orange Cyberdefense
Grown to 1,500+ clients across the US and EMEA
Ended 2025 with a strong multi-million dollar ARR, and we're targeting $25M by the end of 2027
We're looking for our first Senior People Partner to build the People function side by side with our Chief People Officer. Processes, policies and rituals are being created right now, so this is a hands-on role: you'll run day-to-day HR for our teams while shaping how Qevlar manages, grows and looks after its people as it scales.
What you'll actually do
Be the go-to partner for our managers: coach them through our new core People processes (onboarding, performance reviews, career paths) and make sure those processes stick instead of staying on paper.
Support our people through every key moment of their journey: career moves, international mobility, performance and development conversations, and transitions. You bring clarity, fairness and care, and you help managers lead these moments with confidence.
Lead on French labor law and the CSE: prepare CSE meetings and consultations, give reasoned answers to employee representatives, draft internal policies and documentation, and know when to bring in external counsel.
Bring our culture to life in a remote-first company: engagement initiatives, internal comms, a central People knowledge hub, and rituals that keep our FR, UK and US teams connected.
Partner closely with People Ops to keep our employee experience smooth, from reliable data in our HRIS to seamless processes across the employee lifecycle.
What we're looking for
Proven HRBP experience: 5+ years in HR, including 3+ as an HRBP, ideally in a high-growth tech company with a lean HR team.
Hands-on French labor-law expertise: you've personally handled sensitive cases, disciplinary procedures and CSE consultations, and you know the timelines and the risks.
A real coach for managers: you help managers own the hard conversations instead of having them for them, and you challenge them when needed.
Generalist and hands-on: you have dealt with People Ops topics (admin, payroll inputs, HRIS) and you're happy to roll up your sleeves if needed. Agility, pragmatism and a sense of urgency come naturally to you.
International mindset: you've supported teams spread across several countries, and you're fully professional in both French and English.
Energy and presence: you're visible, approachable and easy to talk to, and people leave a conversation with you feeling more energized.
Bonus points: experience in a B2B Enterprise Sales environment, and AI in your daily workflow.
Why join us
A real seat at the table: you'll shape how Qevlar hires, manages, grows and retains its people as we scale.
Broad, high-impact scope with direct visibility to leadership. No silo, no ticket queue.
A remote-first, fast-growing scale-up backed by EQT Ventures, Forgepoint Capital and Partech.
63–73K€ fixed, EMEA-based (France ideally), final number depending on experience.
Opportunity for equity and early ownership.
