Raised a total of $44m in series-A & seed rounds from EQT Ventures, Forgepoint Capital and Partech
Deployed our solution with major Enterprises such as Sodexo and GlobalConnect, and leading MSSPs like Orange Cyberdefense
Expanded to the US market with a growing North American presence
Ended 2025 with a strong multi-million dollar ARR and ambitious goals for 2026
Why This Role Exists
We’re at a moment that doesn’t happen twice. Qevlar has proven it can win - with enterprises, MSSPs, and some of the most demanding customers globally. Now we need to turn that traction into a repeatable, scalable revenue engine.
This means:
Building a team that can consistently win
Defining how we sell - and making it scale
Opening new revenue plays that didn’t exist before
Your Mission
Build and lead a team of high-performing AEs across EMEA
Reinforce and evolve Qevlar’s sales playbook (from first touch to close)
Bring consistency to pipeline generation, deal execution, and outcomes
Act as a player-coach: support, unblock, and step in when needed
Identify new opportunities (segments, MSSPs, offers) and turn them into scalable motions
This is not just about driving revenue - it’s about shaping how revenue is created.
What You’ll Own
Hiring and ramping the EMEA sales team
Sales playbook - adoption, execution, and evolution
Pipeline quality, coverage, and conversion
Forecast accuracy and revenue predictability
Coaching on complex, high-stakes deals
Contribution to new growth plays (including MSSP-related motions)
Who We’re Looking For
Sales Leader (2+ years in the role)
You have:
Led a team in a similar environment
Hired, coached, and carried a team quota
Operated as a player-coach (not just a manager)
Stayed close enough to deals to impact outcomes
Built pipeline (yourself and/or through a team)
Helped others win complex deals
Contributed to defining “how we sell”
Delivered in fast-paced, ambiguous environments

Experience building a team from scratch
Exposure to MSSPs or indirect/channel models
Ability to turn wins into repeatable playbooks
Strong judgment in hiring and talent development
