The Role
We’re looking for a Legal Counsel with a strong focus on commercial law, who has experience operating in-house within a B2B SaaS company, ideally at startup or scale-up stage.
This is a highly operational role, working closely with Sales, Customer Success, and Leadership to support our go-to-market efforts and enable the business to move fast while managing risk.
You will play a key role in structuring, negotiating, and scaling our commercial contracts and legal processes as the company grows.
What You Will Do
Own commercial contracts end-to-end
Draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of agreements (MSAs, DPAs, SaaS agreements, vendor contracts, etc.)Partner closely with Sales and Customer teams
Support deal cycles, unblock negotiations, and help structure contracts that balance speed and riskEnable go-to-market activities
Work on pricing structures, terms, and legal frameworks that support our commercial strategyBuild scalable legal processes
Create templates, playbooks, and guidelines to increase autonomy across the businessManage risk pragmatically
Provide clear, business-oriented advice (not theoretical legal opinions)Support broader legal topics (as needed)
Data protection, compliance, and general corporate matters
Who You Are
at least 4+ years of experience in-house in a B2B SaaS company in cybersecurity, data or AI-based product
Strong background in commercial law and contract negotiation
Exposure to international contracts (US/EU)
Experience working closely with Sales / GTM teams
Comfortable in fast-paced, ambiguous environments
Pragmatic mindset: you know how to balance risk and speed
Strong communication skills, able to explain legal concepts simply
Fluent in French and English
