Sales Operations Manager - m/f/d

We are looking for a Sales Operations Manager to join our Go-to-Market team. You will play a critical role in enhancing our sales processes, driving operational excellence, and enabling the team to achieve revenue growth.
What will you do?
- Optimise sales processes and streamline workflows for efficiency.
- Analyse sales data to guide strategic decisions and improve forecasting.
- Design and implement territory planning and lead scoring models.
- Administer and enhance CRM tools (HubSpot) and other sales systems.
- Implement growth strategies, capture market signals, and support strategic planning.
- Train and enable the sales team with tools, processes, and insights.
Qualifications
- 1+ years in sales operations, with expertise in data analysis and CRM systems. Preferably Hubspot.
- Experience building and implementing growth strategies and frameworks.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to provide actionable insights.
- Proven ability to manage cross-functional collaboration in a high-growth environment.
- Fluent in English. French is a plus.
