We're looking Sales Operations Intern at Qevlar AI, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of various business, operations, and sales processes.
What will you do?
- Supporting the Sales team directly on every opportunity
- Creating and maintaining templates for mailing and support documents to streamline communication and documentation processes.
- Drafting and managing NDAs, agreements and pilot proposals to support business development efforts.
- Developing and implementing long-term processes to improve operational efficiency and effectiveness.
- Establishing internal reporting systems for client usage and sales reporting to facilitate data-driven decision-making.
- Maintaining and proactively fixing issues within our CRM system to ensure accurate and up-to-date customer information.
- Assisting in project management activities, such as tracking progress on pilot customers and providing support as needed.
- Help Qevlar AI take part in cybersecurity events, by working on lead generation, on logistical coordination, and attracting prospects to our booth.

- Proficiency in French and English, both written and verbal.
- Are passionate about Startups, Artificial Intelligence, Cybersecurity
- Nice-to-have: proficiency with Hubspot and/or with Google Workspace
