We're looking for a Sales Operations Intern. You will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of various business, operations, and sales processes.
What will you do?
- Developing and implementing long-term processes to improve operational efficiency in our sales processes.
- Supporting the Sales team directly on every opportunity.
- Creating/maintaining templates and support documents to streamline communication with prospects, and to document processes.
- Drafting and managing agreements, commercial proposals, NDAs, to support business development efforts.
- Establishing internal reporting systems for client usage and sales reporting to facilitate data-driven decision-making.
- Maintaining and proactively fixing issues within our CRM system to ensure accurate and up-to-date customer information.
Who you are
- Pursuing studies in management, or engineering, or a related field.
- Proactive spirit with the ability to take initiative and drive projects forward.
- Strong team player who thrives in a collaborative environment.
- Proficient in French and English.
- Passionate about Startups, Artificial Intelligence, and/or Cybersecurity
- Nice-to-have: proficient with Hubspot and/or with Google Workspace
